About the Student Portal

My.Northwood, powered by Blackboard Learn software, provides the Northwood community with an easy-to-use, comprehensive networked learning and community environment.

My.Northwood allows students access to their supplemental online course content, a variety of student-focused online organizations and their Northwood email inboxes.

It is also the University’s primary venue for supplying access to student info and resources:

  • Campus news

  • Announcements

  • Library

  • Bookstore

  • Wall Street Journal

  • Password reset functionality

  • Dining menus

  • Emergency notifications

Finally, students will refer to this site for financial and academic information through links to WebAdvisor and Student Self-Service. Information includes financial aid status, course registration, schedules and grades. Students will visit this site on a regular basis for learning, communicating and collaborating.
